Salfeld Computer Enduser License Agreement (EULA) for the shareware version of this program (the "Software") By using this package, you agree to accept the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, promptly remove and destroy the package and all the accompanying materials. 1.This shareware (trial) version allows you to evaluate the program for a period of 30 days, starting from the day of the installation. This agreement permits you to use one copy of the Software on a single computer. If you decide to keep the software after the evaluation period, you must register by paying a fee with Salfeld Computer or authorized vendors. If you decide not to register, you must remove the software from your PC and destroy any copy you have. 2.The Software is owned by Salfeld Computer and is protected by United States and European copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may not separate the individual components of the package (such as the DLL's) for use for other purposes. 3.You may terminate your license at any time. Your license is terminated if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. In either event, you must cease all use of the Software, destroy the Software, together with all copies, including any copy in your computer, and any related documents. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY THIS SOFTWARE AND THE RELATED DOCUMENTATION ARE RELEASED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. BECAUSE OF THE VARIOUS HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENTS INTO WHICH THIS PROGRAM MAY BE PUT, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
